Tuition & Financial Aid
Florida Nurses
Do you live in Florida? If yes, you may be eligible for a number of state grant and scholarships offered to residents. There is help available to finance your Jacksonville University education. View a complete list along with eligibility requirements on the Florida Department of Education’s website.
Two options to look into are the Florida Student Assistance Grant (FSAG) program and the William L. Boyd, IV, Florida Resident Access Grant (FRAG). Jacksonville University is designated as an eligible, participating Florida institution for both of these programs.
The Florida Student Assistance Grant Program is need-based aid that encompasses three separately funded programs. The Florida Private Student Assistance Grant is the financial aid program open to Jacksonville University students within FSAG. JU determines application deadlines, eligibility and award amounts. Financial need is demonstrated when you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
The Florida Resident Access Grant provides tuition assistance to students attending eligible private, non-profit Florida universities like JU. Obtain an application from Jacksonville’s financial aid office by calling 904-256-7060.
